1. Parties
Seller: findgu.net. Buyer: the user who purchases a digital subscription or paid service through the platform.
2. Subject
This agreement defines the rights and obligations of both parties for the sale and delivery of digital services and subscription-based access.
3. Product and Pricing
Service scope, access level, billing cycle, and price are shown at checkout and confirmed before payment. Prices are displayed in EUR.
4. Contract Formation
The contract becomes effective once the buyer confirms the order and payment is successfully processed.
5. Delivery of Digital Service
Delivery is immediate and digital. Access is granted through the user account without physical shipment.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Due to the instant delivery nature of digital services, withdrawal may not apply once access has started or service usage has been recorded.
7. Buyer Obligations
The buyer agrees to use the service lawfully, keep account credentials secure, and comply with platform rules and applicable laws.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
This agreement is interpreted under the laws applicable to the seller. The parties will first seek an amicable solution before formal legal procedures.
