We value customer satisfaction, but refunds are only processed under specific conditions. You can request a refund in the following cases:


Refund Conditions

  • Subscription fees are eligible for a refund only if the request is made on the same day as the payment and the subscription or service has not yet been accessed. Once the subscription has started or the service has been used, no refunds will be issued.
  • Token purchases are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. Please consider this carefully before making a token purchase as tokens cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the transaction is completed.
  • In cases of accidental purchases, a refund request must be made on the same day of the payment. After this time, refund requests cannot be processed.

For example, if you accidentally select a subscription plan and realize it immediately after making the payment, you can request a refund on the same day by contacting us. However, if any part of the subscription has been accessed or used (e.g., if you have logged into the service), the refund will not be possible.


Refund Process

  • Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund process will be initiated.
  • The refunded amount will appear in your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
  • Refund times may vary depending on the payment method used.

Service Usage Monitoring and Data Retention

  • When you purchase a subscription or use our services, your usage activity is legally logged and monitored to ensure service quality and compliance.
  • If you use any service after purchasing a subscription (such as accessing premium features, making API calls, or utilizing paid functionalities), this usage is recorded in our databases.
  • Usage logs and service interaction records are retained in our databases for a legal period of 90 days from the date of activity.
  • This logging is performed for legal compliance, service improvement, and to verify service usage for refund eligibility determinations.
