We value customer satisfaction, but refunds are only processed under specific conditions. You can request a refund in the following cases:


Refund Conditions

  • Subscription fees are eligible for a refund only if the request is made on the same day as the payment and the subscription or service has not yet been accessed. Once the subscription has started or the service has been used, no refunds will be issued.
  • In cases of accidental purchases, a refund request must be made on the same day of the payment. After this time, refund requests cannot be processed.

For example, if you accidentally select a subscription plan and realize it immediately after making the payment, you can request a refund on the same day by contacting us. However, if any part of the subscription has been accessed or used (e.g., if you have logged into the service), the refund will not be possible.


Refund Process

  • Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund process will be initiated.
  • The refunded amount will appear in your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
  • Refund times may vary depending on the payment method used.
